Talks and Walks
You are welcome to join most walks and talks. Fees are indicated where appropriate, and some outings require membership in the particular organization involved. I participate in SCAN (South Carolina Association of Naturalists), which has monthly outings in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. The SCANners are a group of outstanding naturalists, and I recommend the organization for those of you who want to improve your natural history skills.  I have listed only those outings for which I was the regional director, responsible for writing up the description of the site. Contact information is included.
