Central American Volcanoes

 
 
I've been interested in Central American volcanoes ever since my Junior year in college. Assembled here is a collection of photos of the volcanoes I visited. Most are well known but some are obscure. Most of these photos were taken in the mid 1970's when I was conducting research in Central America. The Costa Rica photos were taken in 2001 when I visited the country with a Brevard College group. Some of the Guatemala photos are from a trip in January 2006. This collection is far from complete.
