Cost: The faculty trip includes 14 nights of camping in Icelandic campgrounds. All campgrounds have showers and hot water. The cost is $3275/person. The trip originates at Keflavík airport. Cost includes: international airfare, Iceland domestic airfare, airport taxes, all ground transportation, boat excursion fees, park entrance fees, guidebook, campground fees, and all food and non-alcoholic beverages at regular meals. The cost does not include airfare between your IcelandAir gateway city and your home, souvenirs, other personal expenses, between meal snacks, and any optional excursions that may arise during the trip. IcelandAir gateway cities are: Minneapolis/St. Paul, Boston, New York, Baltimore/Washington, DC, and Orlando. Each participant must bring his/her own camping equipment. A kitchen/dining tent, kitchen, and cooking and eating utensils will be provided. Download the MS Word application form by clicking here. The minimum number of participants is 15 and the maximum is 30. Participants must be in good health. Those not accompanied by a parent must be 18 or older. Any physical condition requiring special attention, diet, or treatment must be reported in writing when reservations are made. We'll do our best to accommodate special needs, including dietary requirements and physical disabilities. Payment: To reserve a place on the trip, a $300, non-refundable deposit is due before April 25, 2007. The total balance is due on April 25, 2007. Payment (minus the $300 deposit) is refundable up to the April 25, 2007 deadline. If the trip is canceled, the deposit will be refunded. Termination by an individual during a trip in progress for any reason will not result in a refund, and no refund will be made for unused parts of trips.
